The following system requirements need to be satisfied if you wish to use ZENMU Virtual Drive.

■ Hardware requirements
・ Recommended storage: SSD
・ Recommended memory: At least 8 GB (minimum specifications: 4 GB)

■ Software requirements
・ iTunes Ver 11.1 or higher (desktop version): If iPhone is to be used for offline storage via a USB connection
・ ZenmuBT (Android-dedicated application): If Android is to be used for offline storage via a Bluetooth connection
・ ZenmuBLE (iPhone-dedicated application): If iPhone is to be used for offline storage via a Bluetooth LE (BLE) connection

■ OS requirements
・ Windows 10 version (64-bit), Windows 10 IoT Enterprise (64-bit) version 20H2 or higher
・ Windows 11 version (64-bit), Windows 11 IoT Enterprise (64-bit) version 21H2 or higher
The virtual drive generally operates smoothly with Microsoft-supported versions (Windows 10 version 20H2 or higher, and Windows 11 version 21H2 or higher). However, once Microsoft’s support period expires, device drivers will no longer receive updates. For this reason, we recommend using a version that continues to receive Microsoft support.
Note that the iPhone BLE connection cannot be used with Windows 10 v 1803 or earlier since Bluetooth LE (BLE) is not supported by Windows.

■ CPU requirements
・ Intel Core™ i3 or higher
* ARM-made CPUs are not supported. Use the virtual drive with a PC not equipped with an ARM-based CPU.

■ Offline storage requirements
・ USB flash drive: USB 2.0 or higher (USB 3.0 / 1 GB or higher recommended)
* Note: Only USB flash drives compliant with the USB memory standard, which stipulates that a VID (vendor ID), PID (product ID), and serial number shall be retained, should be used. No USB flash drive to which a unique UID has not been assigned (commonly seen with OEM units) can be used.
・ IPhone (for USB connection): model iPhone 5c or higher, iOS 7 or higher
・ iPhone (for Bluetooth LE (BLE) connection): model iPhone 6 or higher, iOS 11 or higher
・ Android: Android 5.1 or higher
